RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS FOR THE SPECIFIC ISSUE OF WARRANTS
Shareholders are advised that at the general meeting of DiamondCorp shareholders
held today, the requisite majority of shareholders approved the ordinary
resolutions authorising the directors of DiamondCorp to issue warrants to Africa
Opportunity Fund L.P ("AOF") in terms of the funding agreement entered into
between AOF and DiamondCorp.
