CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of Intertrading Limited announces that C J Hull has retired as Finance Director
of the group on 31 August 2008. He was succeeded from 1 September 2008 by Audrey
Deiner who was appointed a non executive member of the board on 7 May 2008.
The board would like express its appreciation to Mr Hull for his contribution to
the company and wish him well for the future.
