RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders of Excellerate are advised that at the general meeting held on
Wednesday, 3 September 2008, the ordinary resolution regarding the acquisition
of:
- 37,4% of the issued share capital in Vital Distribution Solutions
(Proprietary) Limited;
- 50% of the issued share capital in Staffing Logistics (Proprietary)
Limited; and
- 50% of the issued share capital in Vital Fleet (Proprietary) Limited,
was passed by the requisite majority of Excellerate shareholders.
