CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are advised that Motlatsi Lekhesa has resigned as Company
Secretary to Jasco with effect from 11 September 2008.
Warren Prinsloo, Financial Director of the company, will, in addition to his
present duties, adopt the role of Company Secretary to the company until a
suitable replacement is appointed.
