CHANGE OF DIRECTORS AND COMPANY SECRETARY
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, Imuniti hereby
advises that Mr. J Graham has resigned as the company`s financial director and
as the company`s secretary effective 30 September 2008, in order to pursue a new
opportunity. The board thanks Mr. Graham for his service to the company and
wishes him the best for his future endeavors. Imuniti has appointed Mr. M A
Mantel to assume the role of financial director and as company secretary with
effect from 1 October 2008.
Mr. Mantel is a Chartered Accountant, qualified in 1982. He worked in a
manufacturing environment for 19 years of which he was the divisional financial
director of a listed company for 12 years. We welcome Mr. Mantel on to the Board
and we are sure that his expertise and experience will add value to the Group.
