PURCHASE OF SHARES BY DIRECTORS IN TERMS OF THE CITY LODGE HOTELS LIMITED
DEFERRED BONUS PLAN
The below mentioned executive directors have elected to purchase shares in City
Lodge in terms of the deferred bonus plan. The transactions were concluded on 3
September 2008 at an average price of R75.50.
C Ross 5 000 shares at a value of R377,500
A.C. Widegger 4 000 shares at a value of R302,000
Approval for the individual allocations and prior clearance to deal has been
obtained in accordance with Section 3.66 of the JSE Listings Requirements.
