APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the Board of Best Cut are pleased to announce the appointment of Robin
Donald of Imagine Wealth (Proprietary) Limited as Financial Director with effect
from 2 September 2008.
Robin is a Chartered Accountant with 6 years post-qualifying experience. He
served Articles at Transnet Limited and has held various positions in the
internal audit and financial accounting roles. After completing Articles at
Transnet Limited Robin worked in their Treasury department and also fulfilled
the role of Financial Manager at one of Transnet`s subsidiaries. Robin joined
Imagine Wealth in April 2008 and is responsible for a variety of financial
management functions in both the listed and unlisted arena for Imagine Wealth`s
clients.
