Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements dated 12 June 2008 and
24 July respectively, in which shareholders were advised that ICC has entered
into further negotiations, which if successfully concluded may have a material
effect on the price of the company`s securities.
The company is still in negotiations and accordingly, shareholders are advised
to exercise caution when dealing in the company`s securities until a full
announcement is made.
