possible quarterly distribution by Satrix 40 to holders of Satrix 40 securities.

and payment date:
Last day to trade "CUM" distribution: Friday, 26 September
Securities trade "EX" distribution: Monday, 29 September
Record date: Friday, 3 October
No de-materialisation or re-materialisation may take place between Monday,
29 September 2008 and Friday, 3 October 2008, both days inclusive.
