ETF") in the Newfunds Collective Investment Scheme in Securities ("NewFunds")
registered as such in terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, 45
of 2002, managed by NewFunds (Proprietary) Limited (the "Manager")
DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT - SALIENT DATES
Notice is hereby given that the following dates are of importance in regard to a
possible quarterly distribution by the eRAFI(TM) ETF to holders of eRAFI(TM)
securities.
Last day to trade "CUM" distribution: Thursday, 18 September 2008
Securities trade "EX" distribution: Friday, 19 September 2008
Record date: Friday, 26 September 2008
Declaration of the amount to be distributed (if any) and the payment date will
be made within 14 business days after the record date.
