REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGS AND SPECIAL CLASS MEETING
At the 2nd annual general meeting of the shareholders of the Company held today,
4 September 2008, all the ordinary and special resolutions proposed at the
meeting were approved by the requisite majority of votes.
At the separate class meeting of S Preference shareholders of the Company held
today, 4 September 2008, all the ordinary resolutions proposed at the meeting
were approved by the requisite majority of votes, except for ordinary resolution
4 which was withdrawn due to the approval of ordinary resolution 3.
At the 2nd annual general meeting of the shareholders of Alexander Forbes Equity
Holdings (Proprietary) Limited held today, 4 September 2008, all the ordinary
and special resolutions proposed at the meeting were approved by the requisite
majority of votes.
The special resolutions will be lodged for registration with CIPRO in due
course.
