PARTIAL DE-LISTING OF NEWGOLD DEBENTURES ("DEBENTURES")
NewGold Issuer Limited will, from commencement of business today, de-list
3 200 000 debentures. The de-listing is as a result of the redemption of
approximately 31,510 fine troy ounces of gold bullion. Following the de-listing
there will be 88,836,300 NewGold debentures in issue.
