DIVIDEND and INTEREST ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE GRT SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to
GROWTHPOINT PROPERTIES LIMITED (GRT) shares, the holders of GRTSID share
instalments will receive a GROWTHPOINT PROPERTIES LIMITED (GRT) dividend of
0.055 cents per Instalment and an interest distribution of 55.345 cents per
instalment.
