DECLARED DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON RICHEMONT SECURITIES ENHANCED DIVIDEND
SECURITIES AG - ("RCHIDA")
With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of Richemont
Securities AG have declared a dividend of 87.195 cents per ordinary share ,
payable on Friday, 26 September 2008 to ordinary shareholders recorded in the
books of the company at the close of business on Friday, 19 September 2008.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, RCHIDA,
will receive a Richemont Securities AG dividend of 87.195 cents per security
payable simultaneously on Friday, 26 September 2008 in terms of the Cession
clause incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank
Limited. The last day to trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in
the dividend will be Friday, 12 September 2008.
RCHIDA Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend from
the commencement of business on Monday, 15 September 2008, and the record date
will be Friday, 19 September 2008.
