REVISED REVIEW REPORT OF THE INDEPENDENT AUDITORS ON THE RESTATED FINANCIAL
RESULTS FOR THE 6 MONTHS ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2007
We refer to the announcement published on SENS on 29 August 2008 regarding the
restatement of the financial results for the six months ended 31 December 2007,
in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards ("IFRS").
Shareholders are hereby advised that PKF (Jhb) Inc, the independent auditors of
Topfix, have issued a revised unqualified review report on the financial results
for the six months ended 31 December 2007, following the restatement of the
financial results in compliance with IFRS. A copy of the revised unqualified
review report is available for inspection at the registered office of the
company.
