Exchange for a block listing totalling 3,120,474 ordinary shares of US$ 0.10
each in the Company. These shares are being allotted to trade on the London
Stock Exchange and will be admitted to the Official List upon allotment pursuant
to the Company`s obligations under the SABMiller plc Executive Share Purchase
Scheme, the SABMiller plc Executive Share Option (No.2) Scheme - UK, the
SABMiller plc Approved Share Option Scheme - UK and the SABMiller plc
International Scheme. The shares will rank equally with the existing issued
ordinary shares of the Company.
