Securities, 2,000,000 at an issue price of R18.37 per security and 3,000,000 at
an issue price of R18.21 per security. The NewRand Index Securities were listed
on the "Exchange Traded Funds" sector on the JSE today, under code "NRD".
Following this issue of the 5 000 000 securities, there will be 24,019,966
