Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above BILIDD, Enhanced Distribution
Security ( EDS), advised Holders that due to the breach of the stop loss level
of R202.50 in the Underlying Share, as of close of business Friday, 5 September
2008 the abovementioned Enhanced Distribution Security ( EDS) has been
terminated.
The Rebate Payment, represented by the number of EDS held on the termination
date, multiplied by the excess of the simple average of the Volume Weighted
Average Price ("VWAP") of the Underlying Share over the two Business Days
following the Termination Date over the Exercise Price (Strike Price) of
R148.50. This amount will automatically accrue to holders via instruction
through STRATE.
The VWAP on Monday, 8 September 2008 = 20868.6cents
The VWAP on Tuesday, 9 September 2008 = 20078 cents
The simple average of the 2 day VWAP = 20473.3cents
Rebate payment of 5623.3 cents
Holders will receive R56.233 for every warrant held
