Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above AGLIHC, Hot Enhanced Distribution
Security ( HOT EDS), advised Holders that due to the breach of the stop loss
level of R329.80 in the Underlying Share, as of close of business Friday, 5
September 2008 the abovementioned Enhanced Distribution Security (HOT EDS) has
been terminated.
The Rebate Payment, represents the number of HOT EDS held on the termination
date, multiplied by the excess of the simple average of the Volume Weighted
Average Price ("VWAP") of the Underlying Share over the two Business Days
following the Termination Date over the Exercise Price (Strike Price) of
R291.00. This amount will automatically accrue to holders via instruction
through STRATE.
The VWAP on Monday, 8 September 2008 = 33695.9cents
The VWAP on Tuesday, 9 September 2008 = 32220.6 cents
The simple average of the 2 day VWAP = 32958.25 cents
Rebate payment of 3858.25 cents
Holders will receive R38.5825 for every warrant held
