NEDBANK GROUP AND NEDBANK LIMITED - RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
Jim Sutcliffe has resigned as a non-executive director from the boards of
Nedbank Group and Nedbank Limited with effect from 9 September 2008 following
his resignation as chief executive officer of Old Mutual plc.
Nedbank Group chairman Reuel Khoza said: "On behalf of the directors we thank
Jim for his contribution to the board over the past seven years and for his
guidance during the successful Nedbank Group recovery programme that was
completed in 2007. We extend our best wishes to him for the future."
