EMPHASIS OF MATTER ON ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
The JSE Limited ("JSE") wishes to advise that the audit opinion on the above
mentioned company`s annual financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2008
contains an emphasis of matter. Shareholders are advised to refer to the
financial statements to ascertain the exact nature of the modification.
Accordingly, the company` listing on the JSE TRADELECT system has been annotated
with an "E" to indicate the emphasis of matter. The annotation will be removed
when the company`s auditor`s report no longer contains a modified audit opinion.
This announcement has been placed by the JSE in the interest of shareholders.
