RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The board of directors advise that, at the Annual General Meeting of unitholders
and the General Meeting of debenture holders held at the registered offices of
the company on Thursday, 11 September 2008, all the ordinary and special
resolutions proposed thereat were duly passed by the requisite majority of
votes.
The special resolution authorising the directors to approve the repurchase by
the company of its own shares, amending Vukile`s articles of association and
amending the Debenture Trust Deed are in the process of being submitted to the
Companies and Intellectual Property Registration Office for registration.
