RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that Mr. Tom Pritchard has resigned as the Financial Director and
Company Secretary of Famous Brands, with immediate effect. Mr Pritchard will be
pursuing his own interests and we thank him for his contribution to the Group in
the short time he has been with Famous Brands.
