SHAREHOLDER UPDATE
Further to the last announcement published on SENS on 29 May 2008, shareholders
are advised that Decillion together with Numsa Investment Company (Pty) Limited
("NIC"), in order to facilitate and add critical mass to the assets that will be
reverse listed into Decillion, have entered into negotiations with a third party
that, if successful, will form part of the assets included in the reverse
listing process.
NIC together with the aforementioned third party have identified and are
investigating new opportunities to create an improved value proposition to
existing and future shareholders. Once negotiations have been concluded, a
further announcement will be made to shareholders setting out the details of the
assets that will be acquired by Decillion.
The company aims to complete the reverse listing process during the first
quarter of 2009 and a new circular, containing full details of the assets that
will be acquired by Decillion, will be distributed to Decillion shareholders in
due course.
