CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE
Limited, the board of directors of Sentula is pleased to notify its
shareholders that Mrs Pulane Tshabalala Kingston, Mrs Marion Lesego "Dawn"
Marole, Mrs Andiswe "Andy" Kawa and Mr Jeffrey van Rooyen have been
appointed as independent non-executive directors with effect from 11
September 2008.
Pulane is the founder member and executive director of Sphere Holdings
(Proprietary) Limited ("Sphere") which is active in the financial,
industrial services sectors and also in the smaller mining platform. Prior
to Sphere, Pulane was a senior associate partner at Edward Nathan &
Friedland Inc.
Dawn is an advisor to the Minister of Finance and holds directorship
positions at Incwala Resources (Proprietary) Limited, Dema Group
(Proprietary) Limited, JP Morgan Chase Bank NA SA business unit and Richards
Bay Minerals (Proprietary) Limited.
Andy is the Chairman of Chuma Holdings (Proprietary) Limited and a director
of Imara Capital SA where she advises on transformation. Additionally,
Andiswe is a consultant to Aquarius Platinum South Africa on transformation
matters related to both operational structure and the implementation of
their Social Labour Plan.
Jeffrey is the founder and former president of the Association for the
Advancement of Black Accountants of Southern Africa (ABASA). He currently
serves on the boards of Exxaro Resources Limited, Pick n Pay Holdings
Limited and MTN Group Limited.
Sam Jonah, Chairman of the Sentula board commented: "We welcome Pulane,

expertise these appointments will bring to our deliberations as we continue
to implement corrective measures to place the company on a firm footing to
deliver on its exciting growth potential."
Further to the above appointments, the board of Sentula regrets to announce
the resignation of Mr Dines Gihwala as deputy Chairman and non-executive
director, with immediate effect. Mr Gihwala has resigned because of the
extra demand on his time as Chairman of his firm. The Board wishes Mr
Gihwala every success, and thanks him for his invaluable contribution.
Following these changes, the board of Sentula comprises of: Sam Jonah
(Chairman), Robin Berry (Chief Executive Officer), Deon Louw (Executive
Director Finance), Allan Joffe (Non-Executive), Richard Jonah (Non-
Executive), Jonathan Best (Independent Non-Executive), Hugh Stoyell
(Independent Non-Executive) and the newly appointed independent non-
executives named above.
