TRANS HEX ANNOUNCES THE RESIGNATION OF DENIS MARTIN FALCK AS A NON-EXECUTIVE
DIRECTOR AND THE APPOINTMENT OF ADVOCATE THEODORE VAN WYK IN HIS STEAD
Trans Hex hereby announces the resignation, effective 15 September 2008, of Mr D
M Falck from the Board of Directors ("the Board") following his recent
retirement as Financial Director of Remgro Limited. The Board wishes to thank
Mr Falck for his valuable contribution during his period of service.
Trans Hex announces the appointment of Advocate Theodore van Wyk as a non-
executive director of the Group with effect from 15 September 2008.
Advocate van Wyk has been an executive director of Rembrandt Group/Remgro
Limited since April 1990. He serves on the boards of various companies and he
is the chairman of Wispeco Holdings Limited and deputy chairman of Business
Partners Limited.
