Shareholders are advised that the Company is currently involved in negotiations
with International funders regarding potential significant funding lines to fund
the organic growth of Finbond`s Micro Finance Book as well as to fund Finbond`s
further expansion into Africa, that if concluded, could have a material effect
on the price of Finbond`s shares.
Shareholders are therefore advised to exercise caution in dealing with the
shares of Finbond until such time that a further announcement is made.
