Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above ACLIHC, Hot Enhanced
Distribution Security (HOT EDS), advised Holders that due to the breach of
the stop loss level of R153.85 in the Underlying Share, as of close of
business Tuesday, 9 September 2008 the abovementioned Hot Enhanced
Distribution Security (HOT EDS) has been terminated.
The Rebate Payment represents the number of HOT EDS held on the termination
date, multiplied by the excess of the simple average of the Volume Weighted
Average Price ("VWAP") of the Underlying Share over the two Business Days
following the Termination Date over the Exercise Price (Strike Price) of
R135.75. This amount will automatically accrue to holders via instruction
through STRATE.
The VWAP on Wednesday, 10 September 2008 = 15298.3cents
The VWAP on Thursday, 11 September 2008 = 15021.9 cents
The simple average of the 2 day VWAP = 15160.1 cents
Rebate payment of 1585.1 cents
Holders will receive R15.851 for every warrant held
