CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The board of Medi-Clinic is pleased to announce the appointment of the following
directors of the company with effect from 16 September 2008:
1. Ms Zodwa Manase as an independent non-executive director; and
2. Dr Kabs Makaba as a non-executive director (Dr Makaba replaces the late Dr
Vincent Msibi, who passed away in July 2008, as the representative of Phodiso
Holdings, one of Medi-Clinic`s strategic black partners).
The board of Medi-Clinic welcomes these two new directors and look forward to
their contribution.
