APPOINTMENT OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the board of directors of All Joy is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr
Melville Aubrey Hill as Financial Director with immediate effect.
A brief curriculum vitae is set out below:
MR MELVILLE AUBREY HILL ("Mel")
Mel has extensive experience in all aspects of senior general management at
executive level in both large and medium-sized companies, with particular
emphasis on finance, accounting, administration, production, industrial
relations and multi-branch trading operations.
Mel passed his South African Public Accountants and Auditors Board exam in 1967.
The board welcomes Mel and looks forward to the contribution he will make to the
company.
