NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
In compliance with section 3.22 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised as follows:
Annual report
Further to Clientele`s reviewed results for the year ended 30 June 2008,
published on 18 August 2008, the annual report was posted today. The annual
report contains no modifications to the aforementioned published reviewed
results save for the Capital Adequacy cover Ratio on the Statutory Valuation
Basis that was amended from 4.4 times as published to 4.51 times in the annual
report.
Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of the members of Clientele will be held at 08:00 on
Thursday, 16 October 2008 at the company`s registered office, Building 3 Main
Boardroom, Morning View Office Park, Corner Rivonia and Alon Roads, Morningside,
Sandton, to transact the business as stated in the notice of the annual general
meeting forming part of the annual report.
