DECLARED DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON RMB HOLDINGS LIMITED ENHANCED DIVIDEND

With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of RMB Holdings
Limited have declared a dividend of 72.5 cents per ordinary share payable on
Monday, 27 October 2008, to ordinary shareholders and recorded in the books of
the company at the close of business on Friday, 24 October 2008.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, RMHIDA,
will receive an RMB Holdings Limited dividend of 72.5 cents per security on
Monday, 27 October 2008, in terms of the Cession clause incorporated in the
Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited. The last day to trade
("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in the dividend will be Friday, 17
October 2008.
RMHIDA Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend from
the commencement of business on Monday, 20 October 2008, and the record date
will be Friday, 24 October 2008.
