DECLARED FINAL DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON IMPALA PLATINUM HOLDINGS LIMITED HOT
ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("IMPIHE")
With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of Impala Platinum
Holdings Limited have declared a final dividend of 1175 cents per ordinary share
payable on Monday, 22 September 2008 to ordinary shareholders recorded in the
books of the company at the close of business on Friday, 19 September 2008.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities,
IMPIHE, will receive an Impala Platinum Holdings Limited final dividend of 1175
cents per security on Monday, 22 September 2008, in terms of the Cession clause
incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited.
The last day to trade ("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in the
dividend will be Friday, 12 September 2008.
IMPIHE Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend
from the commencement of business on Monday, 15 September 2008, and the record
date will be Friday, 19 September 2008.
