Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 12 August 2008
where shareholders were advised that Accentuate Limited has entered into a Heads
of Agreement with Interior Wooden Floors (Pty) Limited in acquiring the business
as a going concern.
Shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the
company`s securities until a detailed agreement has been entered into and a full
announcement has been made.
