Further Cautionary announcement
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 7 August 2008, debenture holders
are advised that negotiations are still in progress with Imperial Holdings
Limited and Eqstra Holdings Limited which, if successfully concluded, will
result in the provision of additional collateral for the benefit of the
Debenture Holders and Preference Shareholders of the company, the effect of
which would be to reduce the default trigger levels in terms of the debenture
trust deed and in terms of the preference share terms and conditions.
Consequently Lereko Mobility Debenture Holders are advised to continue
exercising caution when dealing in their Lereko Mobility Debentures until a
further announcement is made.
