RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the annual general meeting of members of ApexHi held on Friday, 19 September
2008, special resolution number 2 in respect of amendments to the articles was
withdrawn. All of the remaining resolutions were passed by the requisite
majority of ApexHi members.
