RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING OF DEBENTURE HOLDERS
The board of directors advise that at the General Meeting of debenture holders,
held at the registered office of the company on Thursday, 18 September 2008, the
special resolution to approve the nomination by the company of Mr John Levin as
Trustee for the Foord Compass Limited variable rate debenture holders was
unanimously approved.
