CAPITAL REDUCTION DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE BVT SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the capital reduction amount payable for THE BIDVEST
GROUP LIMITED and that as a result of the capital reduction declaration relating
to THE BIDVEST GROUP LIMITED (BVT) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust
have declared a capital reduction amount of 275 cents per BVTNID share
instalment that is payable on Monday, 6 October 2008.
The last day to trade cum capital reduction is Friday, 26 September 2008. The
share instalment will commence trading ex capital reduction from Monday, 29
September 2008 and the record date will be Friday, 3 October 2008.
