FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement announced on SENS on 11 August 2008 and
published in the newspapers on 12 August 2008, Famous Brands shareholders are
advised that the Company is still involved in negotiations, which if
successfully concluded may have a material effect on the price of Famous Brands
shares. Accordingly, Famous Brands shareholders are advised to continue
exercising caution when dealing in their Famous Brands shares until a full
announcement is made.
