UPDATE TO TIWHEEL SHAREHOLDERS
Tiwheel wishes to advise shareholders that the company was placed under
provisional liquidation by the Master of the High Court ("Court"). PG Torre, EM
Motala and SL Magardie were appointed as Joint Provisional Liquidators by the
Court.
Further announcements will be made in relation to the liquidation in order to
keep shareholders informed.
