NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
AVI will post its annual report for the year ended 30 June 2008 to shareholders
on Tuesday, 23 September 2008. The annual report contains no modifications to
the audited results which were published on the Securities Exchange News Service
of the JSE Limited on Thursday, 4 September 2008, and accordingly the Company is
not publishing an abridged report. The annual financial statements were audited
by KPMG Inc. Their report is available for inspection at the Company`s
registered office.
Notice is hereby given that AVI`s annual general meeting will be held at 2
Harries Road, Illovo, Sandton on Wednesday, 15 October 2008 at 11h00 to transact
business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting circulated
together with the annual report.
