CHANGES TO EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT
Shareholders are advised of the following changes to
executive management:
Resignation
Mr Wayne Edward Rosenberg has resigned from the position of
Group Chief Executive Officer with effect from 30 September
2008.
Mr Rosenberg joined MICROmega in 1998 with the acquisition
of MICROmega Securities and moved to the holding company in
2004 in the role of Group Chief Executive Officer which is
a title he has held to date.
Mr Rosenberg`s decision to resign is as a result of a decision he had made
earlier in the year to relocate and move abroad.
The board would like to thank him for his contribution to
MICROmega.
