CHANGES IN DIRECTORATE
The board wishes to announce the following changes to the
directorate of the company.
In order to balance the executive management composition of the
Board, it has been agreed to appoint Gerald Walter as an
executive director with effect from 23 September 2008.
Gerald is sales and marketing director for the
subsidiaries in the Group and will be assuming that
function at the Sovereign board level.
In order to maintain good governance, this has necessitated that
Mark Manley step down as an executive director with
effect from 23 September 2008. Mark will continue to
concentrate on group procurement and will remain as a
director of the subsidiaries.
