DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT
The manager and trustees of the Satrix Collective Investment Scheme (being
Satrix Managers (Proprietary) Limited and ABSA Bank Limited respectively) have
resolved to make a distribution to holders of Satrix INDI securities recorded in
the register in respect of the quarter ended 30 September 2008. This
distribution will:
be an amount of 22.19 cents (R0.2219) per Satrix INDI security;
be made to all holders of Satrix INDI securities recorded in the register on 3
October 2008;
be effected on 10 October 2008.
The allocation between dividends and other income will be provided on 8 October
2008.
