RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of TCS held on 25
September 2008, all the resolutions were passed by the requisite majority of
shareholders except for the resolutions, "To approve the non-executive
directors` remuneration for the financial year ended 29 February", and "approval
to issue ordinary shares, and to sell treasury shares, for cash" which
resolutions were withdrawn by the board of directors of TCS prior to the
meeting.
The special resolution will be submitted for registration at the Registrar of
Companies in due course.
