ISSUE OF EQUITY
Further to the announcement of 18 September 2008, the Company announces that it
has issued 750,000 common shares in the capital of the Company at ZAR 4.50 per
share as consideration for the acquisition of a 30% interest in Petmin Logistics
Proprietary Limited (previously ZMS Logistcs Proprietary Limited). The said
shares are expected to begin trading on 26 September 2008 on AIM.
