RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the general meeting of Paracon held on Friday,
26 September 2008, convened in terms of the notice of general meeting contained
in the circular to shareholders issued on 4 September 2008, all resolutions were
passed by the requisite majorities.
The special resolutions will be lodged for registration with the Registrar of
Companies in due course.
