REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of Eureka
shareholders, held at 65 Elm Drive, Inanda, Sandton, on 26 September 2008, the
requisite majority of shareholders approved all the resolutions proposed at the
meeting.
CHANGE IN COMPANY SECRETARY
In accordance with section 3.59 of the JSE Limited`s Listing Requirements, the
Board of Eureka hereby announce that Tracey Truran has been appointed as the
company secretary and that Ryan Price`s resignation as company secretary has
been accepted with immediate effect.
