VOLUNTARY DIRECTORS DEALING IN SECURITIES ANNOUNCEMENT
Mr Dave Fensham, the Managing Director of the ARMCO Group of Companies recently
acquired by O-line as per the detailed terms announcement dated 18 September
2008 ("the ARMCO acquisition"), have purchased O-line shares on Friday, 26
September 2008. Mr Fensham will be appointed to the board of directors of O-line
and O-line Support Systems (Pty) Ltd ("O-line Support") in terms of the ARMCO
acquisition.
In terms of rule 3.63 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the following
