Holders of the Warrants below are referred to the notice to shareholders of
BIDVEST LTD "BVT", regarding the capital reduction.
Due to the capital reduction on BVT (ex capital reduction date: 29/09/2008), the
following changes to the strike and cover ratio for the below BVT warrants have
been made.
